Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains important limitations and risk disclosures related to your use of the OneClickMiner platform (“OneClickMiner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our site or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1) No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content on our website, dashboards, emails, and documentation is provided for educational and operational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer of any kind. You should consult your own qualified advisers before making decisions related to cryptocurrency mining or digital assets.

2) Infrastructure-Only; Non-Custodial

OneClickMiner provides orchestration and infrastructure services (e.g., provisioning hashrate, monitoring, and operational tooling). We do not provide custodial services and do not hold private keys. Where payouts occur, they are intended to be sent directly to the wallet address you specify. You remain solely responsible for your wallet security, keys, addresses, and any misconfigurations.

3) No Guarantee of Results or Profitability

Cryptocurrency mining is inherently uncertain and subject to network difficulty, hashrate variability, hardware behavior, energy conditions, block propagation, orphaned/reorganized blocks, and market prices. Block discovery and rewards are probabilistic and never guaranteed. No representation is made regarding profitability, break-even, return on investment, or the timing or receipt of rewards.

4) Accuracy and Timeliness of Information

We endeavor to provide accurate, up-to-date metrics and status information; however, data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, derived from third-party sources, or contain errors. Forecasts, charts, and analytics are indicative only. You should independently verify any information that is material to your decisions.

5) Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Our platform may reference or integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, payment processors, stratum endpoints, wallets, KYC/verification, CAPTCHA, content delivery, or hosting). We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for their availability, performance, security, terms, or policies. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those providers.

6) Maintenance, Availability, and Force Majeure

Service availability may be affected by maintenance windows, hardware failures, supply constraints, network outages, power incidents, acts of nature, regulatory actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service where feasible.

7) Regulatory and Jurisdictional Considerations

Laws and regulations regarding digital assets and mining vary by jurisdiction and may change rapidly. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful where you operate, and for fulfilling any tax, reporting, registration, or licensing obligations that may apply. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or permitted in every jurisdiction.

8) User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate configuration details (including correct wallet addresses); (b) maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, and devices; (c) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws; and (d) evaluating risks associated with mining and digital assets before placing any order.

9) Forward-Looking Statements

Any statements about expected performance, throughput, timing, or outcomes are forward-looking and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.

10) Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneClickMiner and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, equipment damage, or substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability is not lawfully excludable, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts you paid to OneClickMiner for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event, or (ii) USD $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

13) Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The “Last updated” date below indicates the most recent version. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
